How do I cancel my plan?
Fill out the form and we will solve it together.
Pax Assistance has a "regret" button that will allow you to cancel service in case you have not traveled.
You will receive our response by mail within 72 business hours.
- 1. Enter your data: Fill out the form if you are the beneficiary of a pax plan and specify any information you feel is important.
- 2. Attach your digital invoice: It is a digital purchase receipt of your pax plan. You can attach it in .pdf .jpg format.
- 3. We will contact you: We will review your request and if approved, we will contact you for your refund.
