How do I cancel my plan?

PAX Assistance has a "cooling-off" button that will allow you to cancel your service in case you haven't traveled.
You will receive our response via email within 72 business hours.
- 1. Enter your information: Fill out the form if you are the beneficiary of a PAX plan and provide any information you feel is important.
- 2. Attach your digital invoice: It is a digital purchase receipt for your PAX plan. You can attach it in .pdf or .jpg formats.
- 3. We will contact you: We will be reviewing your request and if it is approved, we will reach out to you for your reimbursement.
